Do you need acreage to be able use these services? Where can you set up?

Our Pony Rides do not require large acreage to be done and we have years of experience providing pony rides in urban areas. We can come to your apartment, condo, sub division or public park. Our pony rides can be conducted on any clear flat stretch including sidewalks, streets, flat grass or dirt areas. We can set up and be ready to go for a mobile pony ride in about 15 minutes. No astro-turn please!

Donkey Interaction Rentals can be conducted almost anywhere! Our long eared friends prefer grass or dirt to stand on, but we can also accommodate concrete or asphalt. No astro-turf please!

Parking: We do require parking to be reserved for us within close proximity to the event. Please ensure there is enough space for 3 cars to be parked (bumper to bumper) where we will be able to park our truck and trailer.

If you are strictly a mobile business, why do you charge a trip fee?

Our standard service area includes Wellington, Fort Collins, Nunn, Timnath, Windsor and Severance. If you are located outside of these area, a trip fee will be applicable. If you do not see your City on the list below, please reach out to confirm if we are able to service your area.

Do you have any rules for your events?

Safety and security for the participants and animals is our top priority. To facilitate this, we kindly ask that all participants must wear shoes (close-toed encouraged but not required), no dogs (we love all animals but our donkey friends, do not), no balloons/balls/bubbles please.

We kindly ask for any adults present at our events to please help supervise their accompanying children, ensuring a fun, safe environment for all.

NOISE CONCERNS: it can be nerve-wracking to the animals to be continually exposed to loud speakers, live music, generators, emergency vehicle sirens, helicopters and yelling. Please plan for us to set up in an area that a good distance away from where other loud activities may be.

Is there an age minimum for these services?

There is no age minimum to engage with our animals. However, the pony rides do have weight limit for the safety of our ponies and participants. We kindly ask that only children under 95 lbs. participate in the pony rides. For younger children, we ask that parents accompany us on the pony ride to help stabilize children too young to sit steady on their own.

What is the booking process to complete a reservation?

Once the event details are defined, we will create a “Contract for Services” confirming all of the booking details to be reviewed and approved by perspective client. A signed contract for services and paid deposit completes your reservation.

How much is the deposit and is it refundable?

The deposit required to complete your reservation is 50% of whatever total services are booked. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another service date so long as we have a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule.

What is the typical availability for booking?

Our availability August through May is limited to the weekend days. However, over the summer months and holiday seasons, we may be able to accommodate almost any date.

What is the weather policy?

We can perform mobile pony rides and donkey rentals in any temperature ranging from 25 – 98 degrees. However, we will not work in active snow/rain/thunderstorms. In the winter, the area we work in must be clear of all snow/ice that may be left on the ground. If you are able to provide shelter, heating etc. please let us know as that allows us to be more flexible with our ever-changing Colorado weather.
